Fifteen months……………………think creative group and I began this project in May, 2008.  Today, we go live!  I can’t even tell you how happy and excited I am to be able to share with all of you my passion for making you all feel—and look—beautiful.  Thank you for your patience and loyalty to my designs (and me).

Over the past several months, we all have suffered in one way or another.  There have been so many adjustments to endure, both personally and in business.  I had to make serious choices where to spend my income.  One of the choices, which broke my heart more than anyone knows, was to let my full time, co-designer, right-hand, fashionista, adorable assistant, Kelley go after 5 years.   When that happened, I felt like I was going down the rabbit hole.   We were like one in the same.  For those of you who knew and loved Kelley as much as I, she is getting married next month. Congratulations!

Nikki, who Kelley actually hired to work with her in the studio, was also laid off. She went to fulfill her dream of becoming a barista and a baker. Niki offered to come in and help out, as needed, in between her other millions of activities.   She and her boyfriend have begun the “Craft Show Circuit”, and now, Niki has enrolled in school to become a professional baker as well as learn the business.

So in short, we have gone full circle. We are designing full boat, selling like crazy and starting over—everything is new.  Staff, location, shows, website, facebook, twitter, you name, we’re doing  it.  We have a full marketing and PR program in place and it doesn’t stop there.  Please keep checking back into our blog for more updates too.

Ok, so now about the site.  For those of you who do not know the line, I offer many color collections.  I’m a color addict and can’t stop.   I see a combination of color, whether it’s on one of my walks, or just a visual in my mind, and I have to have it, produce it, show it and sell it.   And, the collections from the past, I just can’t let them go!  I’m a “Collection Pack Rat”.   For the launch of this website, I have 22 different styles that are offered for 22 different colors.  (hmmm……I never realized that the number of collections matched the number of styles)  My point in sharing this is because it is impossible to make 484 pieces to launch this website, since I offer  a handmade product and use only the finest gemstones, Swarovski Crystals, semi-precious stones and unique artifacts in everything I design and produce.   Zoom in to see the detail of the  various stones that go into each product.  In the blocks that do not have the actual product image, please send me an email and I will send you an image of that style requested in whatever color we have already produced it in.  I do not want to limit what I can offer you, so this seemed the best way, right now, to expose you to everything!!!!  Remember, the sky is the limit at Amy Leiner Designs.   If you don’t see it, just ask. Nothing is impossible.  The bottom line is YOU.
